Cisco Certification exams are conducted at Pearson VUE test centers across the globe.
You can find one near you at this link: Cisco Exam Centers .
Sign Up at http://www.pearsonvue.com/cisco/ , It will ask for a Cisco ID while registering. If you don't have one just leave it blank or select appropriate option and after 2-3 days you will get a mail about your Cisco ID and what you could do with it.
That's it! Now you are good to go. Properly plan when to give the exam and schedule accordingly.
