There are a ton of Cisco Sites, and one can get confused onto which one is useful for the desired purpose. I have here the links of all the websites that I know about and are useful for the exam.
1. Cisco Learning Network :
This is one of the best online Networking Community I found. This site indeed is tough to move around, but if you stick to what you need, its a fun site where you can find what you need.
Following are steps to enroll in a study group:
Step 1: Register/Sign In
Step 2: Go to the 'Community' Tab and under 'Entry' select 'CCENT/CCNA R&S Study Group'.
Step 3: Now the Group will guide you for further instructions to join discussion forums, etc.
The Study Group is very active and users from all around the globe are highly enthusiastic. Its about 5K members in which you can ask a question/ solve a doubt or even upload/download the documents.

2. Cisco Networking Academy:
Also called Netacad, it is the online academy where you can buy Training/Practice and learn various technologies including various types of certifications.
For CCNA R&S - https://www.netacad.com/courses/ccna
You can find an online course, either an instructor led or virtual classroom based.
